Savim was founded in 1992 by Renzo Savasta, who in 2001 decided to devote himself fully to it by gradually divesting his holdings in other construction companies he had started. These include Dolomiti Rocce spa, Inacces Geotecnica Vertical SL and Rossi Renzo Costruzioni srl.
In the early years, we focused on real estate development in Italy; later, we expanded our activities abroad and extended our professional investment to the hospitality sector and the hotel management business. This strategy led to the establishment of a series of subsidiaries with vertically organized services, transforming Savim into a holding company.

We own and manage three hotels—two located in Bologna and one in Padua—each strategically positioned and offering services designed for both business and leisure travellers. A fourth hotel is currently under construction in the centre of Turin, a development project that will further expand our portfolio and strengthen our presence in another major Italian city.
We have developed real estate projects in Italy and abroad, with works ranging from business and boutique hotels to civil constructions, from large residential buildings to fine villas by the beach and in the mountains. Our current goal is to support the hospitality development through renovations or constructions of new hotels and resorts.
